It includes almost 6 hectares of century-old vineyards planted in 1903, with the first rootstocks used in Portugal after the devastation of phylloxera, which I have recovered by planting rootstocks in gaps and grafting with material from the same vineyard.
With this recovery of very old vines, I want to leave future generations a legacy that reflects the tradition of the terroir, and that can be replicated while preserving the set of white and red field blend varieties that so well reflected the altitude of these vineyards.
